FreeCycle.org is a great way to keep stuff out of the city dump.  Recycling is great... and it's all free!  From simple to complex, don't throw it out...  Freecycle it!

A caller asked for a good way to backup.  Benjamin recommended Carbonite.com and also noted that Norton Ghost as one way to make an exact mirror of a hard drive.

WildCharge.com and eCoupled.com both have inductive battery chargers...  that's charging without cords!

Discussion regarding Google Maps gaining on MapQuest

Talked about old voice recognition software, and what Benjamin hears is the latest improvements in voice recognition for your home and work computer.

From the world of the bizarre, we found that scientists are using monkey brain signals to control robots.  Next step is even scarier!

First three-way conference call on show - Bad tech installed Windows 2000 without a software license to go with it.  Advised the callers to report to management, and scream loudly!  Advised to also upgrade the computer, as it was ---OLD---!!!

Perverts need to be careful what they leave on their PC or techies will turn them in for child pornography.  (One less pervert walking the streets today, thanks to a smart computer tech!) 

New technology means a battery power on increase for laptops.  Cynical side says that laptops will start using more power cancelling some of the battery power increases.
