For the show broadcast between February 9th and February 15th, 2008
Benjamin opened with information regarding Toshiba's latest move, which signals the impending doom of HD-DVD. Of special note, Toshiba's commercial during the Super Bowl that was promoting High-Definition, played to MILLION's of people... not only in standard definition, but in "widescreen" which means that those with the TV's that would appreciate HD players, would have to squint to see the ultra small image on the standard screen. OOPS!
Tim asked about his U3 drive, and why it wasn't working in Vista. Benjamin noted incompatibilities with U3, but also explained out the GREAT features of U3 drives.
Benjamin discussed other browsers for a few minutes, specifically discussing Mozilla. Mozilla came first, then Netscape (but still codename Mozilla), then Firefox (still codename Mozilla!). You can pick up the latest and greatest Firefox/Mozilla release at http://getfirefox.com.

Angelina reported a Boot Volume Error on her computer. Benjamin broke the bad news that her computer is headed for a serious crash. Benjamin said backup the important data immediately, and upgrade to a new hard drive. He also noted that there are companies out there that can recover the data, but after a quick description of the data, they both agreed that it probably wasn't worth the $700-$1000 that some places usually charge. Benjamin didn't have time to mention his favorite hard drive recovery company is http://www.DataMechanix.com
