For the show broadcast between April 26th and May 2nd, 2008
Wow, the Internet is making everything easier, and what kind of fun could we have if we could sue people right from our computer... yep... http://www.sueeasy.com is making a name for themselves. Benjamin and Nick both had concerns about this latest development, but then again, it's just the next evolution after other sites like http://www.legalzoom.com entered the arena.
A new Apple (Mac) clone was discussed, and Benjamin reminisced about the old days with his Apple (II) clone(s). You have to hear the details on that very interesting segment! The new laptop buying guide here on Computer Talk Radio was covered, and Nick was ready to whip out his credit card. So many questions and concerns, that Benjamin took care of the details off the air... but if you've got questions on it, CALL IN!!! 888-637-3888
Of course, it wouldn't be a show without Nick bringing in sports (like Hockey) or his latest turmoils in purchasing a car. Benjamin gave him a tip of a website... http://www.carbuyingtips.com and Nick is on his way to saving some serious cash! SeeYourCareer.org was also discussed... and the list goes on!
Carla knew that she didn't have much drive space left, and benjamin talked about running a virus scan, and also checking out the software CCleaner as a tool to start things off right. Alexander had a problem with his MP3 player not charging off a USB port, and a discussion of moving large files via e-mail came up, and Benjamin covered www.pando.com but there are other companies out there as well.
Tom had questions regarding pop-ups on MySpace.com and Benjamin referred him to the "triple threat". Frederick asked Benjamin about Captcha, and the response was all about the evils that are coming around on some of the less reputable sites.
You've gotta listen to this, and so much more!
